Cartoon is the shortest and likely the youngest member of the Bay Sharks. It is unknown what race he is but he has dark peach skin, black or dark gray hair, and light green eyes.
He wears a dark gray or dark bluish gray short-sleeve shirt that is torn at the bottom and might have a hood hanging on the back. He wears it over what could be a white undershirt or tank top. He also wears light gray pants, orange gloves, and green sneakers with white on the bottom.
